ACTION MOTION currently ships from the UK. In-stock items will ship within 7 business days, and pre-orders will ship within 7 business days of their launch date unless stated otherwise.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link if applicable. If we can’t fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Orders outside the UK may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility. ACTION MOTION is not responsible for these charges.

Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. To begin a return, contact us at info@actionmotionpress.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds
